Its funny you should say this @maria. Where I work we used to have 2 x full time admin staff but my workmate has emigrated to Oz recently. It doesn't quite warrant 2 x staff in fairness as I regularly used to travel to cover at other offices when there were 2 of us working there. But I have to confess I'm buzzing and loving the extra work since I've been on my own :hapydancsmil::hapfeet:

One upside is you can really take ownership and pride in streamlining things (assuming you're given rein to do so) and really showing what you're capable of :love30:

But yeah, if it really is 2 people's workload, don't wear yourself out hun :spinning:

Sounds like you are a grafter who takes pride in her work Maria
Easiest group to exploit in my humble opinion. as we self manage and guilt trip ourselves into the ground, we don't even afford employers the hassle of having to manage us into working harder.
Give yourself a break, take it a bit easier and look around at others, it's the employees, who tend to do just enough, but self promote and remind everyone that they have done it, that fair the best.
It's a lesson hard learned but if you can rein in a little and accept that what you (we) are doing is unlikely to have any great effect on mankind, we become happier, healthier, more appreciated and still 10% more productive than others lol!
Sermon over, from a end of career recovering grafter, taking each day as it comes lol!
                Good luck!
