Ordering plants off ebay

    :D .... now back to the thread before I get told off for getting side tracked ... yet again ! :oops:


    My point exactly!! All the other listing had this on there and in that case I wouldnt have purchased.

    Its like showing a picture of a brand new BMW when your selling your battered old 15 year old car ......... hey this is what is could have looked like :hehe:

    I'd leave it as it is. You got a plant that is healthy and ok, not the exact one that was in the picture, but not a bad replica. You also paid what I would consider a normal amount for that size of plant (my local GC sells perennials that size for £3.89 each). I know, I went and checked on eBay:wink:

    If they're a power seller, he/she probably has quite a few valerians available and that was the picture taken of one of them. With the price of listing on eBay these days, you cannot expect him to take a pic of each plant and match to the buyer each time. Well...I wouldn't!

    Leave + feedback. You got a healthy plant and the postage I assume was the correct (ish) price but perhaps say something like "lovely plant, bit smaller than expected but well packed and healthy".

    What you think?

    Yeah I know ... am happy with it honest :)

    Just need it to hurry up and grow now !!
