    Hi @fairygirl, in NZ they often had pick n mix selections where you made your own mix. Generally it consists of nuts, chocolate, ginger etc. Highly calorific but handy for a quick energy boost on the go.

      I sometimes took my own @Scroggin - sunflower seeds/nuts and sultanas, in a wee plastic pot.
      Cereal bars are easier though - especially for eating in the car on the way home, which is when I eat most of the stuff I take!

          Mine is fairly straightforward. I didn’t want to keep having to say my location, followed by “so I can’t get that here/visit that shop/use that website”….

          Really looking forward to having to change my name!!!

            My GP surgery amused me a couple of years ago - they were obviously doing an update on the ethnic origin of their patients.
            When completing the form, I decided against White - I opted for a sort of beige for most of the year, off white with blue extremities in the winter months and then brown if the summer was good. Surprisingly, none of these options were on "the list".
            Luckily the receptionist had a similar sense of humour :biggrin:
