    I agree that children toys are a big nightmare. Fastened with all sort...tapes, tiny elastics, plastic/wire ties, screws etc...and to top it up, that hard plastic that can cut your hand same as a blade if you are not careful. When you finally get to the toys, you realize that you have bought the wrong batteries or you have 10 screwdrivers except the one that you need to get to the battery compartment!

    Don't you just love those little bits of tape which are used to seal the neck of a plastic bag?
    After several futile attempts at prising it apart, I usually end up ripping the bag open in a mild rage, often spilling the contents of said bag in the process.

      Yep, do you remember the plastic tags that bread used to be sealed with? On the Australian Gardening Forum they're using them to put on Brassicas to fool other butterflies that they're already taken.

      Apparently a cabbage white won't lay eggs on a plant that already has other butterflies eggs on it.

      Only then did I realise ours have been replaced by tape :doh:

        Blimey, those plastic tags haven't been used for years! I assume you are talking about the ones that look like this:
