      Today we lifted those big windows I stained up into place..

          Just been browsing through your thread Nick. Brilliant photos of a real craftsman's work. You must get a real kick out of a lot of your jobs - doing something really worthwhile!

            I do enjoy my work and get into many places most folk only see from a distance.
            That house above for instance belongs to the Shale family...remember Glastonbury last year?...very sad:frown:

            In fact the house only came down today....there was a delay after a workman cut into his thigh with a Stihl stonecutter:oopss:Not much blood but stitches a plenty.

              I won a free fish and chip lunchfor the lads today winning a bet with the Architect who said I couldn't match my mastic pointing with the stone and mortar pointing...what do you reckon?:)

                    After paddling in mud for some time I have a couple of days in my favourite place...Hidcote Manor Gardens, and once more high up in a cherry picker sealing the Greenhouse.....Here we are setting it up and trying not to damage the borders:nonofinger::)
