No, unless someone new is added to the list between now and you receiving the package, it goes back to the beginning, so you have to send it to Chengjing.

Message Chengjing for an address to send to and send your address to the person before you on the list. I think that's how it works!!

 

We'll wait to see if anyone else joins befor asking Chenjing for his address.

Simlar, There is a list of names I posted, it has yours at the bottom ( apart from the fill ins), you need to send your address to the person above you in the list.
