    Just received it this morning; the bad news is that I can't do anything at all right now as I can't move:( Put my back out and in agony. It's been a bit of a week for me all in all!

    Poor you Loofa I sympathise,:( Im just going back to work this week after having 4 weeks off. I was in agony couldnt sit, walk or lie down comfortably and the sleepless nights.:dh: Hope it gets better soon hon.:gnthb: 02

    I do sympathise Loofah, i get back spasms and for 24hrs its agony, wave after wave of pain, the only thing i can do is lie flat :rotfl: (thats me screaming)diclofenac for the pain and diazapam to relax the muscles, (i know they can be addictive,but i only take them for my back) and i seem to go ages ok, then i get 2/3 within a few weeks ,

    Back pain is horrible - it really lays you out! But the back I can easily deal with, just a bit of physical pain; I also had a relationship breakup this week and all in all, I have to say I've felt better! But we digress - this is for the seed parcel; I'll get it on its way as soon as poss.
