    Okay everyone, having had my picture from days of olde plastered over the forum by a certain Mr. Searchfield. Yet to get my own back for that! :heehee:

        Here's one of me as a young nurse aged 17 yrs with my co-workers (1958) I'm third from the left ... never could get my apron bib to stand up straight like everyone else's!
        (Gosh - that's 53 years ago! :DOH:)

        The woman on the far right was called Nurse Wyman. She never lost an opportunity to tell me I would never make a nurse and I'd never get through my training. About a year after I'd qualified, I met her outside the hospital and she still told me she was amazed I had got through my training and qualified, adding that I'd never stick it more than a year! If only she could see me now! :yess:
