hi accidental gardener thanks for your coments i feel all big headed now.. if you mean the flowers on the second page there called rudbekia, and no ididn,t get the balls from ebay there from a local wholesalers, very cheap they were too, about 3 quid,

Good job i was outbid then, they went for 25quid plus p&p.

So THATS what Rudbekia looks like I planted some out front but it was a no sun zone, hence they died. I think i will give it another go in the back, its full sun out there. Reminds me slightly of the mexican sunflowers i have out back at the moment will post pics of them.

thanks walnut helodigger,and accidenalgardener i already have rudbecia seeds for next year and whats mexican sunflowers ag, id love to see a photo of them they sound hot.

I will take a pic of them tomorrow for you they grow to about 4ft with smallish but very bright flowers in flaming orange, i grew them from seed :D if i can collect some seed i will send them on if you like
