Planters too small for roses? Alternatives?

    Totally agree. In July the local supermarkets and discount stores near us had bedding plants outside on Danish trolley's, not only was it warm 22c but it was extremely windy. The plants had dried out so much that the wind had blown most of the plants off the trolleys, they were scattered over the floor. I don't know about the DIY store's but I do know some of the discount stores and spermarket's have a zero watering policy.

      I've seen plants in very bad condition this week in several shops in town, I just want to gather them all up bring them home & nurse them back to heath!
