Please help:- Moved In New House And Back Garden Destroyed

    I have no experience of laying turf, so I'm biased towards growing the grass from seed just because I've done that a couple of times with good results. Others will be able to give you better advice than I can on the subject, but I'd read up a bit about laying turf before you choose that option. When I was considering that for mine, it seemed to me that you don't gain that much in terms of time for the extra expense.

    im doing pretty much the same thing mate. the weedkiller im using is glyphosate, i got it off ebay, apparently it gets absorbed so ya can lay turf soon after. ive bad soil so im turning it with compost and fertilizer and a light skim off topsoil before my turf goes down. it will be worth it in the end
