plugs or seed

    The problem with many of these plug offers is that you end up with '52 Begonias.42 Fuschias and etc.and what do you do with all these plants? why are they not satisfied to sell you a smaller number (I'm talking mail order).
    Will stick with a few plugs from the local nurseries................

    Definitly seeds by preferece,but plugs have their place ,anything that creates new interest and colour ect.are a good thing.

    I definately prefer seeds. By this time of year I am itching to get going in the garden so plant my seeds inside and take over a spare bedroom with seed trays. It is a great way to wind down after work checking what has appeared and tending to the little plants!

    I now prefer plugs. That way I can get the right number of plants for my overcrowded garden. Though my friends send me seeds from tropical places, and I thoroughly enjoy growing them.
