At this moment in time we are sticking with the lad only. We are so fed up with the hurt each time we lose a pet that we feel enough is enough. My daughter gets so attached to them, even though she only visits these days, and it breaks my heart to see her upset....How would you feel when your little girl,as she sobs asks.." Why Daddy,Why?"....Every blinkin time she says that...just like she did when she was four and her rabbit past away.:(

I'd feel pretty bad I must admit.

Mine haven't lost a pet yet, I have lost a few. When my poor dog died, it was terrible. I haven't been able to get one since. I don't think I ever will.

The trouble is, kittens are funny.

UPDATE! We have tried and tried to keep the young fellows coat tangle free. Grooming him daily and getting a whack or bite off him is the norm but....things got so bad he had to go to the barbers today..

    If looks could kill........:hehe:

Ahhh ... lovely cat. The vet has nearly given him one of those lion cuts they used to inflict on poodles. All he needs is the pom-pom on the end of the tail. I once had a cat with exactly the same problem, Paladin. Grooming never kept things completely under control and the cat didn't much like his tangles fiddled with (that sounds a bit ooh matron but you know what I mean). So there was nothing for it but trips to the vet. I have a very sleek black cat now who can groom himself. k-l

Aw the poor thing. It looks like he has boots on.

I'm glad that you decided to keep him Paladin and apart from the hair cut, he looks very well and healthy.

Please give him a kiss and cuddle from me again - can you do that yet or is it still left to Mrs Paladin? k-l
