It's the kind of thing that anyone has spotted when rummaging around in the bottom of a potato sack.

Wilko have just started getting the first of their seed spuds in stock (Maris Piper) for delivery, but as P&P is £5 I'll wait until they have more varieties + all their seeds in stock before ordering together with some DIY, Homebrew and other stuff.

I bought Maris Pipers from Wilko last year. They did really well and I’m going to try them again this year.
I’ve also had good results from supermarket spuds:)

Online Wilco only showing Picasso, Nicola and Desiree but not in stock anyway, no Maris Piper showing that I can see? I must be looking in the wrong place?

Thanks, think it’s just me being dim and sleepy doh! Will wait until they are in stock and some of their other products too, hopefully Brexit will not cause any delays. Wish more items were available online.

                      You’re welcome.
I think a lot more seeds, plant plugs etc could be in short supply due to the new lock down.

Joining from Australia where my crop is already well underway.

I'm growing Royal Blue and Pink Fir Apple this year.

I selected the latter because it was all they had left :heehee: (gardening has become very popular here with COVID) and don't think I have ever eaten one before.

Pete, what do you like about them?

Read that Scottish seed potato are having post Brexit problems exporting to the EU, so might be some trying to get excess stock.

Worth keeping an eye on stuff coming into stock at Wilko.

Maris Piper were in stock earlier yesterday, but not now.

Watch out for Google searches finding last year's listings on their website and them showing as OOS, when they might now be in a different location and in stock. I've noticed this previously on their website.

Some of their spuds, such as those below are located in 'vegetable and fruit seeds', but some others are in 'growing kits' https://www.wilko.com/en-uk/garden-outdoor-living/planting-growing/growing-kits/c/84

                          These are in stock

                          https://www.wilko.com/en-uk/wilko-potato-picasso-seed-2kg/p/0476618

                          https://www.wilko.com/en-uk/wilko-seed-potato-nicola-2kg/p/0489553 (also now gone OOS)

Yesterday nearly all varieties came into stock at Wilkos for ordering online, including Picasso and Charlotte, so I ordered my seed spuds, setts, seeds, DIY and homebrew stuff, which was delivered a few minutes ago.

The Picasso and Charlotte were both showing as OOS this morning, so good job I got in quick, the same happened with Maris Piper, in one day and sold out within 24 hours.

EDIT1: Wilko have now sold out online of every variety apart from Nicola. EDIT2: Nicola now OOS

And the seeds I bought have also gone OOS
