Some might think that it's strange but as it goes on start to understand it.
Ruth Wilson sleepwalks when she sleeps and that she hallucinates when awake sometimes. I've watched 4 episodes so far and can't wait for the next.

Vicky I'm sure you'll enjoy it...well perhaps ' enjoy ' isn't the appropriate word, but you know what I mean. The main character is a survivor from the awful times when the Magdalene Laundries were in operation and the trauma she suffered has left her with significant mental problems but despite this she is determined to find her daughter , the baby was taken from her against her wishes at birth ...as sadly so very many were. Deaths were discover that were not officially registered......the real life horror of it is firmly placed in a history that mustn't be forgotten.

Mrs Shiney watched the start of the new series of Strictly. It's much too noisy for me.

(Grumpy Old Man mode :old:):- I can't stand programmes where noisy audiences are yelling all the time or presenters have to introduce acts or events at the top of their voices :nonofinger:.

I saw the start of strictly where they introduced the celebrities (think there were about a dozen of them) and I had only ever heard of two of them.

Agree @shiney . We watched the very first series way back when but the was enough for us. Way too glitzy and loud.

I've never watched it. B watched the first series and said it was rubbish, and never watched it again ... and I 'saw' bits of it. It got on my nerves.

@Logan Thanks for The Woman in the Wall!

We saw the first episode over the weekend, then as we are housebound with Covid, yesterday we blitzed the remainder. Excellent rendition of a dreadful situation. Great actors, she from Luther and he from Peaky Blinders.

@Victoria glad that you liked it, I thought that the beginning was strange but as you go through it know what it's going to be like, sorry to hear that you both have Covid and hope that you're both better soon.

I've got a lot of things recorded but haven't got round to watching them.

Got the 3 series of starTrek Picard on 4k disc. Watched the first 2 series on Amazon prime and the 3rd series are the best. But it's better on the disc.
