Think mine has stopped growing too!

Is the plant dead?

 

No,it has nice large leaves and keeps sprouting flower buds.

 

Oh,but that ones stopped, I bet.
It looks a bit like a geranium to me. :D

Been much better weather wise today so got a pic. This is the biggest got three others not so big.

 

I've got one of those 1/3rd size bricks :D

Just found pic of your pumpkin Pete - nice one.

Went to take an update of my largest pumpkin and seems like the slugs have been having a feast as the underside was absolute rotted mush :(

Gave daughter one of my spare pumpkin plants and she just stuck it in the ground gave it some Miraclegro and left it. It produced a pumpkin that you cannot get your arms round and I wouldn't like to try and lift it.

 

Similar story here...my pumpkins have gone orange and the foliage is dying back.

The embarrassing thing is I gave my grandaughter (6) a plant and she now has a lovely pumpkin twice the size I have....she keeps me telling too

Well I decieded, my pumpkins ar'nt going to get any bigger so I cut them from the dead stems and brought them in.
Got out the bathroom scales (not the most accurate measurement) and weighed them, the biggest is roughly 4 stone, in my reckoning thats half a hundredweight.
So I think these four are about one and a half hundredweight in all.
Not a record, but what else can you grow that gives that weight of crop from just two plants.
