    Well done Pete! [IMG]

Can't compete at all with those winners.

My only surviving pumpkin weighed in at 3.5 lbs.
The one that was eaten by slugs and went mushy I would guess could have been about 12-14lbs. Not very impressive.

Anybody else got pumpkin pics? :D

[IMG] That's very kind of you Pete but I still have
some left from last year. I think I must have given the best ones away [IMG]

And after this year's pathetic showing I think I should give them all away

"It's right about now I'm starting to wonder why I grew them in the first place!"

I know Pete - but it's satisfying to grow something so large isn't it? Think I used a small one last year and gave the others away.

And Paladin - how much does your pumpkin weigh?
    About 4 lbs ? [IMG]

For pumpkin lovers only, from our local paper on 15 September.

More than 100,000 colourful pumpkins are to be seen in the biggest German Pumpkin Show in Klaistow, Brandenburg. Frames depicting cows, pigs, goats, horses and a tractor were decorated with different kinds of pumpkins. Over 400 different sort are to be seen until 5 November.
