Kedi-Gato says that's not them..... so come on, people - I really need a photo of what yours look like now!!

And I need to know what these are - I have five of them in this pot, and I haven't a clue! They're all very healthy too....

the stems are smooth, so I wouldn't be surprised if they were some sort of fruit tree. I'll put it up in the ident section too - come on - help!!

I'd wondered about goat willow, Pete, as there are loads up by the canal - so fingers crossed that's what they are..... I'd like to have one (but maybe not dozens!!) since my address has willow in it!

And those pics look like what I've got might well turn into in the near future! Fingers well crossed!!

I've just seen your pics, HoneyBee - thanks! That helps a lot! I'm not asking, BTW...... ;)

Youngest (of the bubble pic...) was playing rugby at Bath yesterday, and the ref was Andy Robinson (recently sacked england coach, who obviously was at a lose end and had nothing better to do than spend the day with rather a lot of would-be future England players.......(and hero-worshipping Dads)(and Mum's who didn't realise what all the fuss was about [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] ))
