Sand all laid in, and watered down. Need a few days to settle to see if more sand is needed. Its a process.

And now the stones are placed. More sand for the cracks and to water down, and then more sand. The very front stone is only there to hold the sand in, it will be removed later. Its a process. But you get the idea now of the finished patio.
Those stones were so so heavy.

    Hi Redstar

Your garden is beautiful and you have so much colour at this time of the year!

I loved that toad lily. Many thanks for sharing.

Thank you. Its always a challenge to find good plants for all seasons in a shaded property.

Thanks Alice. Not sure why it did not work in What's looking good in October, was the same link.
Presently "my laptop" has a virus, this is my husbands. And I can't upload my camera shot of the finished patio to his computer.

Anyway, for a perspective on how far the Gazebo is from the back door of our home, I paced it out the other day, and it is 90 paces.

My laptop, belongs to the company I work for, we all had a wonderful Apple for years, then the company sold to another company and they replaced my wonderful Apple with a stupid PC. There is always some issue, with it. I guess it keeps the IT department with job security. Anyway, I am seriously looking at just buying my own.
Well, lets hope its fixed soon. Would just love to take it to the highway and have truck run over it.

Finished. All the spaces filled in, and the solar fountain moved to position.

thanks PeterS. Hope you got to see all of them. April 09 until April 2010 was better, had an Apple computer. This PC only can upload movies. Belongs to my job, so guess I can't complain too much.
