Had an hour sat in the greenhouse potting things on, Tomatoes and Peppers that were in cells in the propagator are now in yoghurt pots(minus the yoghurt I should add), back in the frost free conservatory for at least a month I would have thought.
Peas and Sweet Peas are growing, no sign of the early salads yet though.

Glorious sunshine today, but it was minus 1.1 degrees in there last night, still hanging back sowing stuff, winter still not let go yet. The tomatoes are potted on into old yoghurt pots, but still in the conservatory and I reckon they will be there until the end of the month.

1.1 in the greenhouse last night and snow on the hills, the Aurora was also seen just up the coast just after midnight, I was snoring apparently and missed it!

Thanks John, I bought the camera last year and did a few vids last year, seasoned growers might not learn much, but they are not meant as tutorials, rather as I said, just to set folk thinking about what they are doing. The next one I plan to make home made liquid feed and also home made potting compost, for those like me who fancy trying it and maybe save some money and possibly get better results.

With an overnight temperature of 8 degrees I sowed a few seeds this morning in cells in the greenhouse, I am not planning on sowing much directly outside this year at all.

The weather forecast for me is to, have temperatures down to 3 degrees over night, so the tomatoes are still in the conservatory, but they are starting to get a bit pot bound, I may have to try moving them out soon.

All tomato plants either in the border or in the overspill pots, chillies/peppers still in the blowaway in the greenhouse, they have some more growing to do yet. Strawberries are developing, just need some sunshine now........................please.

Sweetcorn planted in the border at the end where tomatoes grew last year, sowed way too many seeds again, but I find if I keep them for the next year they are poor germinating, I reckon I got 75% germination this year.
Oh and the peas are podding and the Strawberries are ready too.
