rhododendron advice plz

    omg pops ur kidding I made something happy you rekon woo hoooooo you just made my day :):):):) never had a smile from a plant before. Closest feeling to that I get is when the cats come and say hello and give me a purr.

    Hi Nut. I know others have already mentioned it, but I think it's worth repeating, that it's vital that you keep the plant fed. I've had one myself for several years, and for quite some time I neglected it. Year upon year it gradually produced less and less flowers and progressively lost it's luster. However, since my move late last year, my interest in gardening has been re-kindled and I decided to give this plant some attention. I started to feed it in the spring (feeding once a month or so) and it now has masses of flower buds and generally looks very happy indeed. Hope this helps. Cheers...freddy.

    Yours is flowering again now aswell?-what are you giving them-it`s imperative you spill-my new tree depends on this. I`ve had ONE bush give me ONE flower three weeks ago, I thought I was getting them all at it again-then nothing. Got my hopes up just to be cruelly dashed.

    Hi folks. Mine Isn't going to flower again this year, but looking good for next year. I'll check out what I'm using and post it tomorrow. Cheers...freddy.

    I cant release the dogs (tweaky, Pal, Capn) They are all watchin the footy no doubt

    Right, this is what I use, Sulphate of Iron as supplied by Westland. I'm sure it's nothing special but....you DID ask ! :) Cheers...freddy.
