    Make a syrup from water, sugar and cider vinegar, infuse with root ginger, cinnamon and cloves then add chopped rhubarb to it. It's amazing.

              I regret buying 2 crowns of rhubarb last summer. I only really need one as I don't eat that much of the stuff. No I can't open the gate to the veg garden as it's always blocked up with giant rhubarb leaves.
