    Morning guys and gals
Just an update on the health situation.
Things are looking good at the moment and the pills seem to working.
I shall know more when I go the next examination.
I managed to do a load of snow clearing the other day without being to knackered which to me is a good sign.
Anyways, still bitterly cold in the Vale, WE have not been above zero for several days now and todays forecast is maybe some rain on top of all the ice and snow that outs there. That a queue for me to stay inside and attend to my phot uploads.
Oh, by the way did I tell you I have sold a couiple of large canvas wraps?
Nice little earner and nice to know that somebody out there is happy with my pictures.
News from Thailand re the Sugar Salon after the floods, they are up and running again and doing well and expecting a visit from a cosmetics company photographer for a feature. Things are looking good for them.
Still thinking about the refit for the garden, still got time before spring comes around.
    Thats it for now.
I shall be back on top form soon on the forum and adding my pennies worth of banter and advise.
Have a great day with whatever you are doing today, me, I`m keeping the fire warm.

Back from the hospital with some good news.
Second Gastroscopy showed much improvement with just a bit of rough stuff at the base of the colon.
The hernia will stay with me but its reckoned it will not give me much bother.
Keep taking the pills and no more return visits to the hospital but I need to check in with my doc at Haxby for more blood tests etc:
You can imagine I feel pretty good at the moment. Just had jumbo sausage and chips from the chippy!
First eat since 07:30 this morning.
Just noticed my Avatar has gone.!. Is somebody trying to tell me something?
