No macleaf, haven't got any of those mod cons. but as a special concession from the builder, he has left just one tap on, :D the one in the garden! :D

Mind you, he did say that it was necessary to mix up his plaster with! :D :D

I think he has got into the spirit with this minimalist thing!!! :D
