I knew that photo of Del Seaton Sluice would make a great painting Rosa you've really done it proud, brill.

Great Rosa I think the a3 is the better size there is more going on.

thanks dag, trying to find a good one of a horse in my photos to paint, was thinking one of my race-horse pics when i get round to it. get in the mood so to speak

 

Rosa I meant the first one on the a3 the horizontal mode I just think its more relaxing on the eye than the the one in the vertical even though they are both beautiful pictures(just a personal thing)

 

sorry walnut picked your meaning up the wrong way, I thought you meant the first one was smaller as i also paint a smaller A4 size, I suppose everyone likes pictures certain ways being horizontal or vertical

 

Hi rosa, just noticed that I hadn't mentioned how much I like the Sluice watercolours, both are nice but I think that I prefer the second one.

Your latest painting is nice too, I like how you did the clouds.
