Rosas Water Colours

    dag cant get over how quick us two paint pictures :D :D

    You're quick ... two/three/four in a day. My acrylics take longer to dry and I still don't know what I'm doing half the time, you seem to.

    I'm not liking working on canvass board ... must be like you and paper. At least I've given it a try. Shall have to go back to the real thing, stretch canvass.

    these water colours are quick drying, Oils are worse they can take up to a week to dry and longer.
    maybe LoL stick to what works best for you

    I do envy you and DAG sometimes with the watercolours and your details but NO DAG ... I'm NOT going into watercolours, Poppet! These canvass boards are probably a similar aspect and I don't like them one iota! [​IMG]

    Back to canvasses for me.

    LoL have name on the bottom and have put it under the painting.
    You can get detail with oils also

    Now bringing the picture up in your photo place, I can zoom in (I am ancient remember [​IMG] ) and see it says River Mass at Dordrecht (Holland?, Belgium?).

    Have you done this in oils, Sweetie?

    Its Dutch and its done in water colours, the picture is dags and he is doing it in oils

    Although these pictures are quite "grey" in colour to those you normally paint, rosa, they are really wonderful.

    Just watch out for that wrist, ya'hear, Sweetie? [​IMG]
