    thank you sunshine, nearly finished another one of bamburgh castle slightly different, will put it up when i,m finished.

    thanks sunshine going to do another one similar to this but put whitley bay lighthouse in it, that should be a bit different, will put it up when i get it done

    These are very different, Sweetie ... "soft" looking. Love the grasses in the foreground in the last one. [​IMG]

    Just came back to this thread rosa and I do like the last watecolours you did, it's difficult to say which one I like the most.

    That's nice too, especially as I was so taken and interested in your lighthouse photo and the history. I like the sky peeking through those clouds and the seagulls give it the finishing touch.

    Now I like this one very much, rosa. Again, very soft. And you've done this since you got up? It's just gone 9.30 IN THE MORNING! :eek:

    I've given up on painting for the time being, just reading and sitting in the sun. [​IMG]

    thanks for the lovely comments kedigato and loL & Marge, I have been up since 5 am guess i started the painting around 8, doing a smaller one of a white cottage from a photo i took next to my nature reserve its called marden house.

    Very pretty as well rosa - but think of your hand! Or do you want to be laid up with it for days again? I'd suggest going out with your camera but then you would come back with more themes to paint!
