I took some rose cuttings and stuck them at the back of one of my borders so I don't obsess over them!

    Hi Rose Lovers,
Just to share that most of my cuttings looked great today! I was strongly tempted to remove the bottles and take a closer look, but this should not be done.
I dream to see them in flower! [IMG]

Hi Sheal, Miracle is a terribly rewarding rose: long-lasting and flowering throughout the whole season, once established.
I had three mature plants, but sent one to a friend and snipped a cutting to keep 'the memory of it'.

My largest shrub is just about to re-bloom, so I'll take a shot when it's at its best. :blue thumb:

When I was potting up my Princess Alexandra of Kent some weeks ago, I trimmed off a wayward branch which I turned into four cuttings. Amazingly they are all still alive, so look forward to hopefully having some new plants to put out next spring.

                  This year's return so far:

A red climber (?), which I propagated for a friend, but she just forgot to collect it. Now it's too late for transplanting, but it's a gorgeous rose, a long-flowering one:

Another rooted cutting, obviously the same plant:

One climber, the purple Veilchenblau, and one ground cover, both from cuttings:

                  Golden Celebration (most probably)[IMG]

Angelina I have just scrolled through your Rose images again and my above comments hardly seem sufficient, the purple climber and the ground cover image is an incredible combination and your success with all the cuttings is just astounding:)
