    Oddly enough he does, though I can't understand how come. I think they grow back. He once crushed his thumb flat in an accident involving a car, a jack, and an uneven road. He was told at the time that although they had tried to reconstruct it for cosmetic reasons, it would never ever work again and there was still a good chance it would have to be amputated. A year later he reported pins and needles in it and then a few weeks later a started to regain the ability to use it.
