        Thanks nFrost, it's interesting to see how the population has changed. They're not looking in the right place for House Sparrows and Starlings, they're all in my garden, the noise is incredible at times! :doh:

            I thought the same for Dunnocks, thought they'd be much higher.

              No I don't do the RSPB survey, I used to do the Manx one but gave up when I moved into my present house. Too many cats around here, so the birds that aren't in large groups tend not to stay around.

              The starlings and sparrows are here every day, starlings in numbers of up to 100, sparrows up to 30. Why would I want to record the din they make? :heehee: I might take some photo's though!
