Runner beans still coming on strong

I planted Scarlet emperor this year and I'm still picking them. Yesterday I got a few pounds from them and theres still loads that aren't big enough.
Vectra - I just cut the tops and bottoms off then chop them. If they're stringy I take the string out before chopping them.

 

Still getting plenty off mine too.

I built a variation on a 'munty' frame as shown on the other forum. Only a small one though. It's about 5 ' wide. I live alone so don't want too many of one thing. The back of the frame faces north and is about 4' high and the front is about 6', so I can walk under and reach the beans nicely.

The frame is now covered. I just had to add some wooden blocks at the joints when we had the wet and windy weather to keep it stable.
