    On the packet it states it is not especially toxic if eaten!!

    And not dangerous when dry.

    Hmm!. I can't imagine any product that says "not especially poisonous/toxic":skp: They don't use that sort of terminoligy. It certainly doesn't say that on my packet or any of the containers that I'm stockpiling. Why would you want to eat a weed that has been treated with it, even if the product is dry.:scratch: Why would you eat any food plant that has been treated with a chemical (apart from Pyrethrum):flag:
    If you're using chemicals, " do exactly what it says on the tin":wink:

    Sorry, I was not quoting!!!

    When you read the pdf on the sbk website about brushwood killer, it says words to that effect. Which, as you say, I found surprising. And on the packet it or instructions it says children need not be excluded when dry and low toxicity if consumed.

    I'm not going to plant there for 6 weeks, as it says on the tin!
