I have annual & biennial seedlings (from seeds saved by a friend) of cosmos, sweet Williams, hollyhocks and salvia viridis… all germinated well, but boy they’re slow to get going! As are my calendula. And I daren’t plant them out until they’re a decent size and tougher because of molluscs, so I’m constantly moving them in and out of the greenhouse. A few weeks ago I bought some decent little hyssop seedlings from a fair, grew them on before planting out… yesterday I dug them up and repotted them as they’ve been decimated, one has vanished, never had those eaten before. Likewise some decent sized salvia viridis I’d bought, the one I’d kept in a pot to give my mum is looking great :phew:
