Sorry I haven't been on for a few days. I totally agree - not sure why they haven't arrived yet, they have had plenty of time in the post to get there, how odd! Get the parcel started and as you say, if they arrive send them to catch up with the others, silly waiting around for them!

I would say they are lost Maddie, as we have not had them here. I've received parcels from others a couple of days after they signnified they where sending so if you sent them two weeks ago then they will not get here now.

Anyway, parcel is out and about now.

I shall be wearing a groove in the drive once its posted to me ,I have sown all my own seeds now except marigolds etc , and i have been dropping any left overs into a bag so i should be pretty quick Clare.
Are we still posting up how much it costs to send on ,and it would be useful to know if it is letterbox size ,or are we looking for something larger.

Good idea Pam...it cost me £1.72 to post first class...I used an A4 sized jiffy bag. What I should have done was written Kates address smaller and perhaps on a label to fix to the envelope...sorry Kate...I've probably destroyed that envelope.

Package is on the way to Pamsdish today.

I put them in a new jiffy bag & put a label on - should be easy to cover with a new label.
I also started a "From" list on the back - just house number & postcode so that it could be returned easily if need be. I thought people could just cross out the previous one and replace with theirs, maybe? Afraid I don't know what the postage was 'cos hubby posted it and has forgotten what it cost!!! What's the saying - If you need a job doing -- -- ---------. :lollol:

    Guidelines:

1- maximum hold time before passing on parcel, unless previously arranged is 3 days (ties in with No3)
2- message person after you on the list before sending parcel and to the thread so we're all kept in the loop
3- if no response to a message, move on the next person, after 3 days (Works with No1)
4- contact details held by Steve for everyone, as an emergency(name, email, address and a phone if you wish)
    but it's not compulsery
5- if you miss your turn, then you miss your turn, you wait til it comes round again.
6- New joiners go to the back of the queue , i.e behind the person who currently has it ( which will mean keeping the thread up to
date on who has is, keep it public, if you have it you post)
7- Just keep us all informed, maybe a role call either on the thread or by me PMing, maybe with 2 chances to reply then your name is
in red and after round of the parcel your off the list till you get in touch then No6 comes into force.
8- Please, no out of date seeds.

Do you want to join the list...add a post!
