    Interesting, thanks. Never thought to lift S. patens - although, now I think about it!, maybe some of the cultivars I do lift ARE S. patens :biggrin:

    I'll give the Oxford and Cambridge a go this winter ... :)

      Up to now i have,nigella,echium pininana,blue sweetpea lathyrus sativus,some cannas and more to come,may have ricinus if i can fight my way to the back of my tropical section :)
      I will save the salvia seeds in case you need more :)
      Im now worrying with the temps dropping is it going to affect seed collection next month:dunno:
