Peter I could use some astrantia for a fill in on my damp semi-shade area. Can I PM you my address?

 

John - of course you can. I think it is a brilliant plant, for me it flowers for anything up to 20 weeks in the year. All my plants come from divisions of the original purchased plant, so I have never grown it from seed. I think it does need cold stratification, so may not be the easiest seed.

I do like your cartoon, its quite subtle. :D
