    Pity that you do not seem to have any offshoots on there, so when the flower finishes you will lose the wholeplant!

    One of the very best utilisations of sempervivum I've ever seen for decorative purposes is the clock in Princess Street Gardens, Edinburgh. Sorry - no pic. Sure many of the GC members are familiar with it. Would be great to see pics of other plantings around our towns and cities.
