Boris Johnson, whilst Mayor of London, first announced the plans for ULEZ. The equivalent in Birmingham was implemented by a Tory mayor. Tory policy seems to change to whatever they think will win a vote on any given day.

 

I don't think Boris' plan extended into Surrey though, as is now the case.

That said, you are right they all change their policies at whim.

 

@Punkdoc agreed, Ben Wallace has pointed out today that Farage is repeating Putin’s notes for him & likened him to a pub bore pontificating about “if I was running the country”. Thankfully Farage & his limited company are not going to be running the country.

Let's face it they're all shyte, 'getting the tories out' isn't a policy that's going to run the country. When Labour get in we will waste billions changing policies and procedures only for them to tank at the next election. We'll be no further forward and stuck in the same mess.

Starmer told his MP Rosie Duffield that it was wrong to say only women have a cervix. Then when Tony Blair said much the same, he decided to agree with him. So, it seems to me that Labour will only consider women's concerns when they are voiced by a man. When voiced by a woman they are "toxic".
