      Anyone can get a name wrong occasionally - calling John something like Jim instead... but as howlers go, that is a belter.

      The worry is that he is involved in making huge decisions and signing off actions that could quite easily lead to the destruction of much of the planet.

      As I said to Mrs C - - if he was your dad and he decided to go off on his own for a wander down the coast, would you be happy that he would be safe doing so?

              Biden will not be in charge if he was to win the election, someone else is pulling the strings, maybe someone who wouldn't be able to if they dumped Biden. Just my thoughts.

              He will probably hand over to vice president Trump. :biggrin:

              Maybe they know the Democrats can't win, then they can blame Biden afterwards. :scratch:

              Maybe ... but again, sheer contempt for American citizens who then get lumbered with 4 yrs of the aging Trump. Same problem, plus a whole load of other issues thrown in.

              The political class in the US is damaging America, both at home and abroad. And the consequences will likely be wide-ranging and long lasting.

                        I've always thought subsidised food for MPs was an abuse of public funds. I believe any former MP can have a HoC pass and therefore take advantage of this whenever they want.

                        MPs should have the same menus as schools and hospitals. After all, they can always bring a sandwich, if they prefer. Pop it in one of the wine cooler fridges maybe till their lunch-break. ;)
