@Sheal that's very kind of you to say, thank you. Yes, I am starting to have a bit more faith in myself now. xx
I'd love to see some of your lace work if you have pictures of it. It's always fascinated me how it's done. Such a skill to be able to do that. I'd be all thumbs and no fingers.
I haven't attempted dressmaking etc, but it is something that I'm keen to try. Might give that a go over the Winter months.

The very lovely @Beckie76 asked me to make her a bag, similar to the chicken one posted earlier. I've had the ok to post pictures of her bag here. Thank you again, Beckie, for asking me to make one for you. I appreciate it so very much. IMG_0642.jpg IMG_0645.jpg

I've also finished a few more things. A tea towel for my brother, who spends every weekend with his GF at his caravan. A lunch bag for said GF to carry her lunch, and a tea towel for my Etsy page.

Lovely pieces Joolz, I'm sure Beckie will love her bag! :)

Hmmm, I'm going to be hard pushed to find any of my lace work as I gave it to family and friends. I have practice pieces from when I was learning but I'll have a look to see if there's anything else hidden away. :)

I'm sure you wouldn't be all fingers and thumbs Joolz, but it's something that needs a lot of patience and plenty of time. It takes a good while to produce a piece of work.

@Joolz I've taken a number of pictures of my lace work and I will put them in 'Crafters Corner' as they are neither sewing or quilting. :)
