    Evening, M-L, Bom Ano Novo if I haven't already done so and hope you had a pleasant one.

    Can you explain please ... assume that is the French version but is that with oysters (eek) or mushrooms?

    Hi LOL ...actually Pete wasn't far off ... it's the scientific name for ****ake :D
    :eek: I'll change that to shtiake !!!! :D
    I quite fancy the Oyster version, as we eat a lot of Oysters, usually just as they come with a squirt of lemon juice, sometime with a cream and cheese topping under the grill, but I've never though of spinach with them ... might give it a try ...both versions that is as we love mushrooms as well ....
