We have 2 sets of friends with dogs and Mr Namaste takes "Sprockett", a springer/cocker for a long 5 hour walk every Thursday. he's an adorable little chap who loves to see us as we often pop in on a Saturday.
But today, our other friends invited us over to meet the new 10 week old GS "Toby" who joined them last Friday. He's crying at night as he misses mum and siblings but our friends have considerable experience with GS dogs as they have had 4 over the years and know it will pass.
He was as good as gold all afternoon and let me take some nice photos of him. We have already been booked for a 2 week house and dog sit next August when they go away on holiday so we want to form early bonding with Toby from the beginning. He is absolutely adorable,

her dad is a Chihuahua and mum a Yorkshire Terrier , she is good as gold so well behaved.

She doesn't look like a cross breed Spruce. In fact she reminds me of a Lhasa Apso.

 

We've been to visit Toby this afternoon. He now goes to puppy classes. He was the youngest but biggest of the 8 youngsters and behaved impeccably and he's going back for lesson 2 with his owners tomorrow night. He has grown and was 10kg when he came to them and is now 14kg and looking less "puppyish" - his ears now stand up - all very grown up now but has discovered that his dog blanket, slippers, washing on the line is ALL GREAT FUN TO CHEW,
