You know it's time to buy a bigger house when the only space available for the treasured Amaryllis is on the floor in a corner by the kitchen back door :heehee:

            Impatiens niamniamensis
I've got a row of them in the bathroon, and they've hardly got any leaves on them but lots of flowers are developing on top of the almost bare stems.

I can also see greenfly on the flowers, which I didn't know were there until I cropped and enlarged the photo :frown:

Amazing, isn't it? You can see pests on your plants only after taking photos of them! I've had this happen to me on several occasions! I then went back & saw them with my own eyes! And dealt with them!

On the balcony I only have Violas flowering at the moment, In a few months I'll have lots of Anemones & other plants flowering but for now only these lovely sunny Violas!:dbgrtmb:

The Cyclamen are looking very rough - they didn't like the many nights of sub-zero temps followed by lots of rain & then high winds! Even though I took them off the balcony railings for a week.

The first Cactus we have grown to flower in a few years, no idea of its name apart from Keep Off with all those hooked barbs ! Four flowers/buds so far.

So would I and I once thought this was it, but then found out it isn't.
You need a greenhouse, like I've got

Just a few hyacinths in the porch, not really house plants.
Excuse the string and the mess, but they do tend to flop around I find.
