It is a type of epiphytic cactus. Often called Mistletoe Cactus (Rhipsalis) and is related to the Xmas & Easter cacti, the flowers are usually quite dull and insignificant though.

      Thanks Coolsox :dbgrtmb:

The flowers are certainly insignificant - we've never seen any! :heehee:

Streptocarpus "Carys". Got that, and another the name of which escapes me, from Dibley's last year. Bit manky if you look close up because it hasn't been well looked after over winter, but its quite a bold colour eh? :)

Chucked under the grow light with a bunch of other things that were just a little too small to just abandon in the greenhouse so it was prey to succumbing to all the bugs on the other plants that thrived under lights :(

Your Albuca looks in the peak if health :dbgrtmb:

Love these, far nicer than Hippeastrum in my opinion!

Ordered three Eucharis amazonica bulbs from Anglia bulbs and I got four! One of them has decided to skip the leaf stage and throw up a tiny bloom instead!!!!!

Ledebouria socialis (also known as Scilla violacea) is blooming. The flowers are tiny but well worth a close look................

The main attraction most of the time though is the foliage and the colour.................

It divides readily and needs splitting from time to time.................

This was a gift for Xmas 2011 and the flower was red. The bulb has been under the greenhouse staging long forgotten until this happened.
