It is not a purchase but a "find". T'other Half found this old milk urn up at the lixo (rubbish) bins and rescued it, so we now have three, two Portuguese and one English.

It's lovely @Victoria and an unusual shape, I bought one last week in an antiques fair but it was a local one.

My 2 year old grandson went shopping with his parents yesterday, as they were going through the isles , the baby started shouting, “ dad , cactus for Bampy “
My son tried to pass them, but no way was the baby coming home with out one.

              My latest addition

Went to the Garden Center after lunch and I got a pink Hibiscus rosa-sinensis as I realised I didn't have a pink one :heehee:. a yellow Lantana montevidensis (trailing/creeping rockery Lantana), a Vitex trifolia (which I had never heard of but we liked the looks of it) and a squared terracotta pot and saucer to put it in.

This is the Pink Hibiscus rosa-sinensis I bought yesterday. It is a smaller flower. very delicate and different from others I have.

I picked this shredder up today. I didn't know I wanted one until I saw it advertised on Facebook. Now I have it I will be able to put it to good use.

Got these from the 'nearly dead' section of the Morrisons plant section. Bit of a trim and a good soak - this is what they have turned into a couple of months after planting:

                              lavender.jpg

They are 'French Lavender' - they are planted alongside the Dwarf Munstead surrounding the pond and edging the raised beds.
