Bowles Mauve Erysimum, a pure blue Pulmonaria and a couple of Thalictrums. All I need now is for the ground to dry out enough to plant them!

Got four cuttings today from Madeira of Hibiscus rosa-sinensis "Swan Lake / Fantasia" ... Pure White but can change colour to Pink. I am keeping :fingers crossed: as I have never done from cuttings before so probably next year before flowers.

They've not been delivered yet, but the planning is well underway - I have a spreadsheet to remind me where stuff will go, and have ordered the wood etc to make the fence around the veg patch at the back. All I need now is a vast amount of compost.

I bought a Myrtle this week, very much an impulse buy at the GC but I think it will work well in my garden. Also some very pretty saxifrages bought along with a couple of Silene Shafta from B&Q. And some clematis from the supermarkets.

Nice purchases. I love my Myrtus. I have the 'Tarentina' variety, tiny leafed.

Today I got my wife a Jasmine plant on a hoop from Sainsburys! It was half price & in a ceramic pot. Surprisingly the other plants they had looked to be in very good condition even after more than a week in the shop! Yet outside they had dozens of Hyacinths drooping all over the place as well as dead Camellias & a few other dead plants! It made me want to cry! ::841:: (I haven't got a photo yet but I'll get one & post it tomorrow.)

7 years I also got her an identical plant, also half price, from Tesco. But that was only one day after Mother's Day. This plant had been in the shop for at least 7-8 days.
                        .

I bought this Iresine, the leaves look different to the one I've got, they are more pointy and a darker colour with no lighter colouring on them at all.

That does look different to the plant I use to grow under the same name.

Spotted these had just been delivered at a local Garden centre, so ended up getting one,, like I need more plants. Nerium Oleander.
