Visited Rosemoor Gardens, north Devon, at the weekend and couldn't resist these in the British Cactii and Succulent exhibition.

Tillandsia cyanea 'Anita', a new variegated hybrid.

Agave medio picta Alba, usually a lot dearer than £6 as they don't pup regularly.

        Big plant :dbgrtmb:

Several of mine got too much water, over winter, and a lot of their roots have rotted :( Repotted them in dry JI#3 and Grit mix, and hopefully they will recover.

Tell me about it! I had to carry it from t'other end of town!

That's something that they reinforced to me.
It has a couple of seed pods forming if you need them.

Seeds for my White Room arrived :)

Not all white of course, a few extra "couldn't afford not to have them" (tm) items :)

I love a bargain and have found two in the last three days. Went, on a coach, to Chichester Flower festival* on Friday. Amazing floral displays and ,in the Bishop's garden, were a few plant stalls.
Well, you've got to haven't you? Not selling at £10 per basket and now late afternoon , so just a fiver! * http://www.chichestercathedral.org....festival-of-flowers-posted-28-june-2013.shtml
Had it's own seat and seat belt coming home 'cos the driver was a gardener bless him

My long awaited red corkscrew hazel (or Corylus Avellana Red Majestic) FINALLY arrived today! It was worth the wait, I think:
Just behind it in this pic, is a Robinia Lace Lady, which was my previous purchase. I have a bit of a weakness for interesting foliage!

And I've won eight fabulous ceramic pots on ebay, which I collect on Thursday. Pics to follow, no doubt!

Ah yes, sadly 'winning' on ebay still requires parting with money.
