Yeah I did and to my delight although I brought 1 of each abt and got a free palm the lovely people at tropical Britain gave me 2 free palms a an extra firecracker plant all in all a excellent experience

 

It's always good to get freebies!

 

Anyone know hold old the palms are looking at them and will they be ok next to my radiator until spring comes and frosts gone

 

Jason were the palms named and did they come in those huge pots? they look far too small and soft to go outside this year.

Cordyline Cha Cha, new clumping Cordyline with Phormium colours.
Not sure of it's hardiness.

 

They are trachycarpus fortunei they came in the post with a bit of tissue wrapped around them I put them in those pots, do they need to be in smaller ones? How should I care for them as I do t want to loose them, should I put a balanced fertiliser in them

Yay!! The magic hose has arrived and is a little bigger than a pint glass and very light! I love it! I can't wait to finish the housework so I can get out and play with it!!

 

I bought this Magnolia today, it was £4.00 I have a couple of questions as I've never owned a Magnolia in my life. Can it go outside now? Can I put it in the ground, or is it better off in a pot? Does it need normal soil or Ericacious (not sure if I spelt that properly - apologies) and lastly will it flower this year? Thanks folks x x
