The pump arrived today and after a bit of consideration I decided it would be best utilized as a bird fountain. So, one large plastic bowl ( actually my bread and cake making bowl, but largest I have ), a few rocks, small piece of driftwood and water and it was done. Newly fledged Sparrow gave it the seal of approval :wub2:. There is a story to this but I'll put it in Jobs Today section.

                  Really good Ebay seller.
She even allowed me to pick the ferns I wanted and one wasn't even on her list.

Well if you get someone like that to deal with your best keeping with her...it's like my hubby he gets my e-cig tanks off a lady on there and if I get any faulty with no hesitation she just replaces them and alerts him if she's away on certain times :)

Setting off early to a Garden Centre 50 miles away which has been getting good reports just for a "looky see"...probably come away with something I'm sure...I need some more compost and a length of thick Bamboo post to make a new Japanese style water spout for the pond area. Miracle Gro granular food would be a good idea also..and I need a hen (ornament) to match the cockrel on the bar area...Vivid Arts do some lovely lifelike pieces.

Today I took the plunge and bought the heuchera purple palace.

                          20180630_165011.jpg

I want it to go here somewhere but I'm not entirely sure where. I shall leave it in its pot until I'm ready. If I'M going to try to plant a sempervivium or two in the rocks then then barrel will probably have to be pushed back a touch.

                          G.

PS The geum are not in flower. Is it normal for there to be a gap between flowering. Until recently it was flowering continuously.
