@Victoria Thanks, 'Lily Lovell' looks like a healthy little plant and has already settled into its new home, tho far from established, of course. 'Blue Cloud' er, not so good, haha! Oh well, hopefully it'll form a decent little clump before the anemone finishes flowering.

Maybe a bit like folks not growing violets these days Nikolaos :)

I sourced a few of these a few years back for my dear old mum and her friends who grew up with them. Delightful and scented. :)
Slugs love ‘em though :noidea: For my mum I put a circle of copper pipe around them and it kept slugs n snails away :)

Ooh, I must remember that @Verdun, I remember reading about the slugs and snails being awfully keen on them! I tried the copper tape around some of my containers and it certainly seemed to get the job done. Bit unattractive, but I'd rather have intact plants! :)

Just under the rim of pots and you shouldn’t notice that copper tape Nikalaos :)

Probably a bit too gaudy for some tastes but I couldn't resist this Zantedeschia Frozen Queen for £5 in Morrisons yesterday.

It, Frozen Queen, would look sensational amid a bed of ophiopogon nigrescens longk. As a matter of fact I have a group of ophiopogon and will do just that :)

Glad you went for a scented honeysuckle Gary :)

@Verdun I was looking on line at sweet sue. This one seems to be very similar and a fraction of the price. I bought them to go either side of the arch at the front gate.

Good choice @Jack Sparrow, I have one of those and the scent is very similar to jasmin but a tad stronger, wafts around the back garden wonderfully! :)

@Nikolaos thanks. Its nice when what you are looking for comes up like that. My usual tactic is to take a photo and look into it when I get home. By that time it is too late. Today my wife was shopping which gave me the time to do my research.
